I have had the extraordinary opportunity to live in third world countries such as Belize and the Dominican Republic as well as small islands such as Saba and Dominica. While I was there I was fortunate enough to practice medicine from a much different approach than we are accustomed to in the United States. Because the majority of the people in third world countries are poverty stricken, they cannot afford the modern technology that we take for granted in the United States. They rely on holistic healing such as herbs and good eating habits. I was amazed at how healthy these people are given the fact they cannot afford traditional medical care including regular check ups, prenatal care, and annual maintenance procedures such as mammograms. These people rely on healthy diets to insure good health for themselves as well as their children and grandchildren.
My belief is that the approach to a healthy lifestyle starts with nutrition. One of the ways I achieve this goal is by using a nutritional supplement called Super Food.
